Mercado Sagrado is a well-curated craft, art, and design pop-up. It’s also a music fest, a wellness marketplace, and an organic food fair. But it goes beyond that. We’re building a community and, we hope, creating an unforgettable experience. It’s a place for artisans to share their craft, where commerce is ethical and conscious. After moving to Los Angeles in 2016 I had connected with the ladies of Mercado Sagrado within just a few months. What began as some simple website tweaks and a weekend of volunteering for their annual event has since developed into an ongoing partnership. Over the years I’ve worked on design updates for their primary website, and as their community grows I continue to support their evolving design needs. I’ve since designed and developed their Big Sur Residency microsite and well as their 2019 Annual Fair microsite and printed program.

I don’t work on too many Wedding designs but I love it when I have the opportunity! I typically work with small businesses and large corporate accounts, so it’s always fun when I get to focus on something more personal. Here are a couple of my favorite invitations I’ve worked on.

Ink and Water Designs 

Ink and Water Designs is an internationally recognized Etsy shop selling personalized rubber stamps. 

While designing my sister's wedding invitations, I created a return address stamp to save her from hand-writing each rsvp envelope. At the time it was simply meant to be a time saving solution, I had no idea how popular these little rubber stamps would be! After a few social media posts, several friends were inquiring about how they could get their own personalized stamp, and Ink and Water Designs was born.

 I created my Etsy shop in 2013 and within only a few months I had sales worldwide. Ink and Water Designs has been featured on several blogs across the globe, most notably Gizmodo and Real Simple. Other publishings include Cool Material, Arkko.fr, Stylecowboys.nl, and Book Riot.
